Welcoming our first litter: the Pirates of the Caribbean

On September 19, 2026, we helped Emerald welcome 6 beautiful puppies into the world. She did, sadly, have one stillborn. The 2 girls and 4 boys that remain are thriving: putting on weight, nursing, and are extremely active! Emerald took to motherhood like an absolute natural. While it is tiring, she is taking excellent care of her puppies. Today we began early scent introduction (ESI) and early neurological stimulation (ENS). These programs are believed to increase resilience and stress tolerance, as well as encourage puppies to explore their environment with confidence as they grow up. You can read more about ENS here!
